We Desperately need Fosters...

Being a non-profit organization we depend on our wonderful volunteers to help make Charlie's Angels Animal Rescue such a huge success.  After we pull dogs and cats from our local Aminal Shelter to have them vetted and spayed/neutered our ultimate goal is to find an approved rescue or forever home.  Until a rescue or approved adopted is found we either need to place the dog/cat in boarding or a foster home.

A foster home is a great transition for these animals.  It allows them to get a feel of life in a loving home.  Many of the animals who come through the shelter have been neglected, abused or had rough lives in the past.  They need to learn that all humans are not bad.  Dogs and cats who have been in foster have a higher chance of being adopted or taken by an approved rescue.  Showing a potential adoptive family or rescue organization that these animals have been living in a home around humans, other animals or even children.

We NEED fosters.  We have many dogs in boarding who would have a greater chance of being adopted if they were in foster first.

What does a foster do??
Welcome an animal into your home.  Whether you have other animals or children we can find the a dog that fits your family.  Providing this animal with warmth, love, food and water so that they have a chance at a new life.  Some animals need to be fostered for just a week or two others need long term foster (a month or two) until they go to their new homes.  CAAR pays for all vet and medical bills, and a crate (will provide food if you are unable).

If you are interested in fostering please contact one of our volunteers for furter information..
